Artisans in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana weave this colorful tote from thick, tough elephant grass that has been dyed muted shades of olive, chestnut, and sweet potato. Bolga baskets can be easily wet down and reshaped, and can be used and enjoyed for years on end.
