Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Burro. We appreciate you supporting small businesses and we hope that you return to visit us! Products can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase if accompanied with receipt. All exchanges must come in their original packaging, be unworn and have our vendor tags. Jewelry must come in original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit. No returns or exchanges on lingerie, shoes, food items, beauty, oils, perfumes and seasonal merchandise. All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an item that is damaged, you will be refunded for that item only, if we are out of stock of that item. All exchanges and returns are subject to Manager’s approval.
