14K Skull with Sapphire Necklace

This skull is hand-textured with a princess cut blue sapphire third eye and diamond accents totaling 0.01cttw. Pendant measures approximately 3/8" x 5/8" including bail. Lightweight chain with spring ring clasp measures 16 1/2“.
