Samin Nosrat put in her time in the kitchen of Chez Panisse and left to start her own adventure with food, focusing on primarily the three most important elements of her cooking (and the name of her new cookbook) 'Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat'. Here she teams up with Bon Appetit for a gorgeous summer meal, just how it should be- al fresco and messy.
